You wouldn’t think that a cookie from a coffee shop would be all that amazing, but this one was the perfect size, the perfect mixture of crispy and chewy, and they keep it in a warming pan so it’s nice and gooey when you get it. So delicious.

Trio of Desserts from Seasons 52 (Costa Mesa, CA)
The concept behind Seasons 52 is genius - healthy, flavorful, seasonal food that’s all under 500 calories per serving. Why aren’t there more restaurants like this? I love their individually-portioned desserts. You get the sweetness you crave at the end of a meal without having to feel guilty about it for hours afterward.
